"More real play. Less screens. More time together."

A project that invites families and adults to pause, play and reconnect through physical, screen-free experiences.

We live surrounded by screens...

Screens at work, at home, in our leisure time, in childhood.
They are not the enemy, but when they take over everything, we lose something essential: presence, attention, play and real connection.

Project philosophy

ScreenFreeToys is not an anti-technology movement. It is an invitation to pause, create screen-free spaces, and rediscover the value of physical play, challenge, shared time, and real-life experiences.

It’s not about turning off screens, but about choosing.

What is ScreenFreeToys?

A space for inspiration for families and adults
A public outreach project about play and digital balance
A place to discover games, challenges, and offline experiences
A bridge between reflection and real-world action

Behind the project

ScreenFreeToys was created by Xavi Moorly, a father, designer, and maker of physical toys and play experiences. He is part of a bridge generation between an analog childhood and a digital adulthood. From this dual experience, he designs and promotes objects and experiences that allow people to feel real emotions on a small scale: challenge, focus, self-improvement, and enjoyment, to play at home, with family, or individually.

“Moorly launched this project when he realized that daily routines and screens were directly affecting time and imagination in family play.”
